I prepare an initial proposal outlining the scope of the project before developing a clear brief. At this stage, we discuss priorities, budget allocation and how the investment can be distributed across the different areas of the project to achieve the best results.
Together we refine layouts, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and every carefully considered detail that brings the project to life. We also develop a realistic cost plan with an initial contingency allowance that reduces as design decisions are finalised.
Where required, I coordinate trusted contractors, suppliers and specialist professionals to ensure the project moves forward with clarity, consistency and close attention to budget and timeframe.
